Heirloom Images Photography, by Senneh O’Reilly, specializes in fine art and lifestyle wedding photography. Using both an artistic and journalistic approach, I capture your excitement, spontaneity, and true emotions, providing you with treasured and enduring heirlooms.
After finishing my Bachelor of Arts at Lewis and Clark College, I was determined to experience adventures and explore the world around me. Having grown up with a very successful commercial photographer as a grandfather, I had either a Leica or Nikon camera in my hand as far back as I can remember. My sense for adventure led me to wildland firefighting for the U.S. Forest Service on a hotshot crew, taking me all over the United States during the summers, while leaving me with time off in the winters to explore the world. Throughout my extensive travels through Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australasia, Central and South America, and the United States, I consistently found beauty, from the smallest cobblestone path to the most ornate temple, from a young child to a native village. My camera was my constant companion, as I preserved those images and moments for years to come.
My background in managing the unexpected in wildland fire and travel to remote locations, combined with a two year technical photography program, gives me the perfect foundation for working in the ever changing and dynamic environment of wedding photography. I look forward to recording your smiles, laughter, playfulness, and spontaneity, creating photographs that you will treasure for a lifetime.
